Conversion of a 240’ OSV to a well-stimulation vessel for Hornbeck Offshore Services, LLC. DEC provided structural modifications, equipment foundations and structural scantlings for new deck houses along with associated gratings, stairs, and handrails. DEC provided piping diagrammatic, exhaust and ventilation drawings, lighting arrangements, and a structural fire protection drawing.
