DEC provided owner representation and technical support during the construction and delivery of the 120’ x 32’, 24” dustpan dredge for Loup Power District of Columbus, Nebraska. As owner representative, DEC provided bi-weekly status reports to confirm construction progress, milestone achievements and contract specification compliance. DEC provided review of structural and mechanical drawings, purchase specifications, and witnessed on-site testing and trials.
